New Consignor "easy smeasy" Guide!
- Choose the Sale that you wish to consign and Sign-up. It’s all online! There will be an $8 consignor fee for the Altoona Sale and a $5.00 Consignor Fee for the Johnstown Sale which will be deducted from your final sales check. Be sure that your email is correct as your check will be emailed to you. Checks are emailed no later than Thursday (4 days after the close of the sale). Directions will be included in the email as how to print and cash or direct deposit your check.
- Once you register as a consignor, you will always have your same consignor number. Just click the "Consignor Login Tab" to sign up. Choose the sale you are consigning, then choose the 2nd option at the bottom "Need a Consignor Number". This will take you to the New Consignor Registration Page. Once you have filled in the information, you will receive an email with your Consignor # and Password which you will have for all our sales.
- As a Consignor you will earn 60% of your sales. However, if you Join the Crew, you can earn up to 75% of your sales, get the best deals by shopping first! Our Crew members are a vital part of our sale. (You will be able to see the crew schedule and sign up once you have registered as a consignor.) You can find more detailed information on our crew positions under the "Crew Info Tab".
- Check out our list of acceptable items. In order to consign, you should have a minimum of 25 items or a value of $50!
- Start cleaning out those closets and toy boxes selecting the "TREASURES" you would like to consign.
- Prepare your items for sale. See preparing your items for detailed instructions AND tips!
- Enter and Tag you items. Detailed instructions are provided under Tagging Your Items. We include tagging gun instructions.
- Drop off your items….
- Shop the Presale… see the schedule for specific times.
- Sit back and track your sales.
- Pick up any unsold items you did not donate.
Returning Consignors: Anyone can consign both sales, but only consign ONE sale at a time.
Consignors who consign only Altoona OR Johnstown, but NEVER both: you can choose the sale of your choice, register and begin to enter your items as always!
Consignors who consign BOTH sales: ALL of your inventory MUST be in one location (the one you are currently consigning)!
If only one website is open you will need to email me to transfer your items.
If both websites are open, you can follow the steps below to transfer your items. I am always happy to transfer for you!!
Steps to Follow BEFORE ENTERING new items!
- Log in to both sales and Check your INACTIVE inventory at both sales. You should only have inventory at ONE Sale NEVER BOTH. If you have sold items in your inactive inventory, they should be deleted. Your goal is to move ALL of your inventory to the sale that you are currently consigning. DO NOT LEAVE ANY INVENTORY BEHIND WHEN YOU MOVE IT (even if you are not consigning it) YOU MUST MOVE ALL!! If you have sold inventory it is BEST to delete it before transferring.
- If ALLof you inventory is located at the sale that you are currently wanting to consign, then you are good to go. You can register and begin to enter new items as usual.
- If you find you have inventory in MORE than one location, then you need to email or call me BEFORE you do anything else! 540-845-0330
- If only one site is open, then email and I will transfer for you.
- If you have inventory in just one location, but you need to move it to the sale that you want to consign (REMEMBER...ALL of your inventory MUST be at the sale you are currently registering for and consigning)
IF BOTH sites are open...then follow the steps BELOW: IF both sites are NOT open, email us and we will move your items for you!
- Log in to the Sale that you need to move inventory OUT of (Your consignor # and password is the same for both sales)
- Click "Work with Consignor Inventory"
- You will see "Transfer Inventory to Affiliated Sale" and you will choose "Move Inventory OUT"
- Select the sale that you are moving the Inventory TO.
- Enter your Consignor # and Password (same for both sales)
- "Check/Uncheck All Items" box should be CHECKED! (You always want to move **ALL** of you inventory. You can move it back and forth as much as you want, but always move ALL of it.) It will NOT move sold items!
- Click the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page.
- You will be given a Batch #.
- Close the window for that sale and log in to the sale that you are transferring to. (The one you currently want to consign)
- Click "Work with Inventory"
- You will see "Transfer Inventory to Affiliated Sale" and you will choose "Receive Inventory IN"
- You will see the batch you created. Click on that and it will now be in your inventory. You can NOW register for this sale and begin to enter new items.

What is the"Busy Mom" Service?
The Busy Mom Service has been created for all you busy moms who love the idea of consigning, have tons of things your kids have outgrown, but just do not have the time to prepare and tag your items for the sale. This service will do that for you! For your convenience, we have "Busy Mom Helpers" in both Altoona and Johnstown. The "Busy Mom Helper" will earn 20% of your sales for this service.
