Tagging your items
1. ORGANIZE YOUR ITEMS
The more organized you are, the quicker entering and drop off will be! As best as you can, put your items in order by GENDER and SIZE.
Note: Be sure you have registered. If you have not already done so, New consignors "Register Here" . Write down your Consignor Number and password for safe keeping. You will always keep the same number.
LOG IN to your Consignor Home Page using your consignor # and Password.
WHEN ENTERING YOUR TREASURES...
Enter Numerical Sizes for All Children's Clothes...Only use S,M,L for Teen and adult only.
Extra Small = Size 5
Small = Size 6/7
Medium = Size 8/10
Large = Size 12/14
XLarge = Size 16
XXLarge = Size 18/20
Enter detailed descriptions (for example, 2 pc gymboree set....red flower top/jeans red trim) and prices for each of your items. Do this carefully and accurately. You will have two lines for the description..the more detail, the better. You will be able to save your work and come back to it later if you'd like. You can edit your items at any time before printing your tags. You can reprint tags if you want to change something before the deadline date listed on the schedule page.
We require a $2 minimum price. If it's not worth $2, then we ask that you please not bring it to the sale or you group it with like items. TIP: Groupings tend to sell better than single items! Make outfits for size 4 and under. Sizes 5 and up you can group shirts or pants but do not make sets.
3. PRINT THE PRICE TAGS
After you enter your items print the price tags (bar code tags) using a regular printer and white card stock paper.
Do not use regular paper as it will tear easily. The format is already set for you... Just click and print! You don't need color to print, just black and white.

Tag items as shown, using a safety pin to attach the tag on the right side of the garment as it faces you. Important to Note: If using a tagging gun your tags will NOT be in the same location as you do NOT want to tag thru the material. See TAGGING GUN info below! No straight pins please. There is a place marked on the tag for the pin.
TAGGING GUNS can save you a ton of time and are very easy to use. You can order them on ebay for about $7.00 including shipping and delivery is very fast. Just be sure to order from a company in the USA! When using a tagging gun it is VERY IMPORTANT that you use the inside tag of the clothing or a seam on the sleeve or neck of the item to tag through. NEVER tag through the material of the garment! Yes, that means the tag will be in a different location. That is OK!
 
BIG ITEMS AND HARD PLASTIC ITEMS will have to have their tags taped on with clear packing tape. Please tape above the bar code as it sometimes interferes with the scanner.
